I have been a Mortgage Agent and File Fulfillment Specialist for over 12 years. I have found that buying a home can be a stressful experience for many buyers. There are multiple people and steps involved, and they don’t realize this until they are well into the process. They also don’t know which documents are required and often don’t have the necessary paperwork available, which adds to the stress.
